Is there a guarantee if the item doesn’t fit?

Yes, so you don’t have to worry if the item you receive doesn’t match your request. For a detailed explanation, see here.

What design format should be provided?

  1. The design must be in Vector format, with a resolution of 300 pixels / inch.
    a.  If the design is in jpeg/png/pdf format, make sure the image quality is good (not broken when zoomed in).
    b.  If it breaks, it is expected to be repaired / remade, because the quality of the design will affect the quality of the print.

  2. Files are given to us in 2 forms, Color (outside black) and Black and White.

N.B :

  • If the box is plain (no logo), there is no need to send the things above.
  • The result is a print that is not good because the file given is broken, not trinova’s responsibility.

What is the minimum order?

Starting from 300 pcs. Terms and conditions apply.

How long does the process take?

Approximately 15 working days depending on the level of difficulty and the number of orders. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included.
