A. WARRANTY GUARANTEE RULES

  1. If the goods sent have a shape and size that is not in accordance with the mutually agreed upon, then the goods will be replaced with a new one.
  2. If the goods sent are defective or damaged when delivered by our company’s own fleet, the amount of damage will be replaced with a new one. The amount replaced is the difference between the shortage of the total request.
  3. If the goods sent are defective or damaged when delivered via expedition, then the damage to the goods caused by the expedition is not Trinova’s responsibility.

B. PAYMENT RULES

  1. The production process can only be carried out, if a down payment has been made and proof of transfer is given to Trinova.
  2. DP of 50%, payment is made when the goods have been produced.
  3. Goods cannot be shipped if payment has not been paid.
  4. If payment has been made, please send proof of transfer to our email (cs@trinova.co.id) / WA Us (+62 818 725273).

C. DESIGN FILE CRITERIA

  1. Mandatory design in Vector, with a resolution of 300 pixels / inch.
    • If the design is in jpeg/png/pdf format, make sure the image quality is good (not broken when zoomed in).
    • If it breaks, it is expected to be repaired / remade, because the quality of the design will affect the quality of the print.
  2. Files are given to us in 2 forms, Color (outside black) and Black and White.

N.B :

  • If the box is plain (no logo), there is no need to send the things above.
  • The resulting print is not good because the file given is broken, not Trinova’s responsibility
